physical statistics; 6'3 / 155. slim then, I guess! I'm pretty happy with what I have right now ;)
I'm one of the many pre-op TS girls around. I don't think that the term is very useful, like most labels I think it falls somewhere between offensive and misleading.
I haven't had any surgery, I'm not proud of that fact nor do I boast that I have great plans. It doesn't define me! I reserve the right to have surgery in the future...
I don't distinguish between "natural" beauty and cosmetic beauty. Whatever pleases the eye is just fine! When the time comes, I'll be getting the credit card out and hopping deftly up onto the operation table in my turn!
Right now I'm going through the "grow your own" phase. I figure it makes sense to give this a little time and take stock periodically! It's kinda nice to have a little something going on while you are getting used to the new lifestyle!
I don't hide my female self away at all. When it seems appropriate, I go to work as my real self and sometimes I pretend to be a man ;) I work in a professional industry well known for its fairly liberal attitude and take advantage of telecommuting on occasion.
I go out as a girl and infrequently as a guy, and the reason is usually about convenience rather than anything else. I'm afraid I don't much care what people think.
All this means is that I have finally worked out the answers to at least some of the questions, and I am much, much happier than I ever was before!
As far as relationships go, I am in a commitment, but I am also looking for friends of all types; I guess I don't have many friends in the US and I'm used to a pretty solitary existence, but it's nice to have someone to talk to, and maybe sometimes a dinner partner...
